Rakesh brings to wai a total of 29 years of experience across multiple business streams ranging from Airline Operations and Systems, Travel-Transportation and Logistics, Financial Services, BPO & KPO, Software Development and Support, Hospitality and other customer service industries. His areas of expertise and experience range from Operations and Delivery Management, Strategy & Execution, and Management Consulting. He leads the Revenue and Delivery function at wai.
Sameer Nair
Director-Operations
Sameer brings 20 years of experience in Operations and has been associated with wai since day one. In addition to Finance and Administration, Sameer is responsible for Compliance. He also leads talent acquisition and is primarily focused on bringing the best talent to the team, making wai the hub of talent that it is.
With over 20 years of experience in software development, Kirti heads Product R&D and Competency Management at wai technologies, leading the training and skills upgradation program at wai. Kirti introduced the ‘Women Back To Work’ Initiative that encourages women to return back to mainstream software development after a career break or sabbatical.
Mohan Bari
UI/UX Head
Mohan, a thought leader, comes with a vast experience of 20 years and heads the UI/UX vertical at wai. He has been associated with all Animation formats including Traditional, Contemporary Digital, Graphic Designing, Web, Multimedia and AV production for advertising commercials/films; working across the spectrum, from execution to ideation. His contribution has created some noteworthy milestones in the last 2 decades in his varied roles as Show Producer, Producer of IPR content and Head of Operations among others.
