Job Description

General Summary of role: We are seeking a proactive HR professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, onboarding and exit processes, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach, keen interpersonal skills, and a focus on employee well-being and organizational alignment. This role requires an individual capable of managing the full employee lifecycle while implementing initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting candidates, sharing candidate feedback and maintaining hiring database
  • Coordinate and execute smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring their successful integration.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance on policies and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a respectful and positive work environment by addressing and resolving employee concerns.

Engagement and Retention:

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins with new hires.
  • Assist in creating and implementing programs to promote engagement, motivation, and retention across departments.

Offboarding and Exit Process:

  • Conduct exit interviews, gather feedback, and analyse trends to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Ensure a positive offboarding experience, managing documentation and final processes smoothly.

HR Operations and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with additional HR functions, including performance management, training coordination, and policy updates.

Educational Qualification Requirement:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience with exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures, especially in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.
  • Proven skills in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing candidates, and extending offers to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ability to develop and implement engagement strategies, including conducting 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins, to support employee satisfaction and retention.

Technology Proficiency

  • Proficient in using HRIS systems, recruitment platforms, and other HR software to streamline HR processes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.

  • Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive matters.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely completion of HR processes.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
