What if I am already using “Knowledge Exchange”? Yohul Chitre
Knowledge Exchange (KE) was the earlier version of IN REACH . It is now deprecated and no longer available on the Office Store. However a stripped down version of IN REACH with the same features as in Knowledge Exchange can be requested so that you can use the KE product with new interface and UX. Please contact us here.
What kind of support can be expected on purchase of the product? Yohul Chitre
Product User Manual and How-to help guide can be downloaded from the Office Store. These would answer most of your questions from product installation to usage. In addition to that our support team can always be contacted for fast response.

Please read the End-user license agreement (EULA) carefully. Cancellations and refunds are handled by the Microsoft Office Store. However if you have any other queries related to pricing and customization, you just have to drop in a line for our support team and we will get back to you at the earliest.

Since you are purchasing the product from the Office Store it would be processed immediately on purchase according to the Microsoft Office Store terms and conditions. If you are an enterprise customer you can also purchase the product through our channel partners Wincere Inc. and DataWorks LLC in which case it would be operational immediately after product installation.
