Job Description

General Summary of role: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Associate Engineerto join ourteam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for development and implementation of AIdriven solutions that enhance our business processes, products, and services. This role requires good understanding in machine learning, data analysis, and algorithm development, along with a strong understanding ofthe latest AItechnologies and trends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges, including natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and other machine learning applications.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be leveraged to improve decision-making processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and products.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of AI models, ensuring they meet business objectives and operate efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, algorithms, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, R, J etc.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
  • Experience with Azure AI services is a definite plus
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with deploying AI models on these platforms.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), custom LLMs, computer vision, and deep learning techniques.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and mathematical modeling.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI models in production environments.

Good to have Skills:

Experience in a specific industry (e.g., fintech, healthcare, supply chain etc.) where AI solutions have been successfully implemented.

  • Published research papers or patents in AI-related fields.
  • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
